Let us first start by clearly stating that we are in no way a governing body. FCA wants to promote positivity and strengthen the image and reputation of the agents and professionals on our site. Depending on the nature of the complaint that you have, we recommend the following:
If your complaint is in regards to inappropriate behaviour on our site including spamming users, language in recoomendations or biographies, inappropriate profile picture, please send an email to complaints@firstclassagents.ca. In your email, please make sure to include the users FCA ID. This can be found directly below an agent's name on their profile.
Although we would like to hear about the issue that you are having, we recommend that you do one or both of the following:
1. Start by contacting the professional's brokerage or employer. This can be found on each professional's profile. It is manditory that an professionals provide the name of their brokerage or employer. In certiain industries, employers have a broker of record or staff member whose responsibilities include dealing with complaints, speaking with this person may lead you to a satisfactory resolution.
2. The next step would be to contact and file a complaint with the state or provincial governing body. Here are some provincial regulators:

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. Industry Professional information is visible to other professionals and real estate agents (with an option to hide from all). Agent information is used to present agents to potential clients and industry professionals. Agent accounts can be hidden at any time.
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
