There are two ways to search for an industry professional using the First Class Agents website. The first is by selecting the industry that suits your needs. The second option is to search by name. For this option you can enter part or all of an agent's name.
We use our custom algorithm to determine the order of the search results. You will notice that the order will change quite often. The algorithm is based on the user's natural interactions on the First Class Agents site.
You can simply click on the professional's card to view their complete profile. Profiles include a bio, contact information, recommendations and mutual contacts!
Did you know that you can write a recommendation every 30 days? We understand there can be multiple transactions that take place between clients, industry professionals and real estate agents, so we thought it would be a good idea to allow multiple recommendations!
You can build your network all across the country by simply changing the location at the top of the page. This allows you to find contacts in other cities. Your registration location will never change. More locations will be available soon!
We are just getting started! In the near future you will not only be able to search for the perfect real estate agent, but also for the perfect mortgage agent/broker, financial advisor, insurance agent, marketing guru, and much more. Stay tuned!

Let us first start by clearly stating that we are in no way a governing body. FCA wants to promote positivity and strengthen the image and reputation of the agents and professionals on our site. Depending on the nature of the complaint that you have, we recommend the following:
If your complaint is in regards to inappropriate behaviour on our site including spamming users, language in recoomendations or biographies, inappropriate profile picture, please send an email to complaints@firstclassagents.ca. In your email, please make sure to include the users FCA ID. This can be found directly below an agent's name on their profile.
Although we would like to hear about the issue that you are having, we recommend that you do one or both of the following:
1. Start by contacting the professional's brokerage or employer. This can be found on each professional's profile. It is manditory that an professionals provide the name of their brokerage or employer. In certiain industries, employers have a broker of record or staff member whose responsibilities include dealing with complaints, speaking with this person may lead you to a satisfactory resolution.
2. The next step would be to contact and file a complaint with the state or provincial governing body. Here are some provincial regulators:

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
